Once again, another year has past... this is probably gonna be my last blog entry for 2005, cause i'll be going to spend the countdown in church...who spends countdowns at home anyway...hahaha...
This year has been quite a fulfilling one for me... learnt alot, hopefully and prayerfully, i will be able to apply them... By God's grace, i have made alot of friends, whether in school, at church, or even outside... He has let me know more people, thus knowing more of the world...
I was quite participative this year, joining so many things, having so many commitments... whether in church, where i am in the youth council, the church choir, worship backup singer, or at school, whether i have joined the Student coordinators, and then the student coordinating officer, gone for camps such as iDARE, or whether in my CCA, which is campus crusade, where i have become a bible study group leader, a worship leader...
Well, so many commitments, so much so that i hurt myself sometimes by getting the feeling of an overcommitment and wanting to give up, but i told myself to always hold on... and i think i did hold on, and now, here i am, at the end of the road 2005, saying goodbye to all the troubles, problems i got myself into... rather spicy year i must say...
So many events, commitments, making new friends... discovering old ones... reconciling with some people... well, trying my best at least... i have got to learn to be more independent...
other commitments such as studying, family, friends... these are the more impt ones... well, the most important would still be my relationship with God...
But guess wad... my commitments doesnt end there... i still have to learn driving this year... well, havent completed yet... i wont say here when my test date is, if u wanna know, u can ask me... visits to the gyms, tring to be regular, but due to studying, cant be sometimes...
through this year, the Alex has kinda been evolved, you would have known "alex" as a quiet and shy, timid and all agreeing guy... but this has kinda more or less changed... cause i made the effort to... well, yes, i forced myself to... and it has kinda worked... the "alex" you will see now is a not shy, lame, dare to do, spiced up, adventurous, not always agreeing guy... the old "alex" has passed on, that character has been passed on to someone who needed it more... i dunno who... but well, now i am changed... this year was just a transition... next year, people will see wad the new alex is like... haha...
I want so many things... new things... i wanna mp3, i wanna handphone, i wanna shoes, i wanna bags, i wanna driving license, i wanna adidas jacket, i wanna so many thigns... but most of all, i want MORE OF GOD!!!
I would just like to thank some people for this year who made my life more pleasant, exciting, less boring, and made me feel welcomed, people who changed me...
